The pharmacy department will attempt to contact customers by phone for counseling on
all prescription meds and OTC products. After 2 trials if no contact is established,
a note will be sent to invite customers to call us on our toll free phone number
during our business hours. Meanwhile, our pharmacists are available during business hours

Our Complaints handling policy . . .

Customers can forward their concerns or complaints about our service to Customer Service Manager
for resolution. The Customer Service Manager will escalate the complaints to the Pharmacy Manager
